• Sea Freight – Recommended for bulk orders and full container loads (FCL/LCL)
• Air Freight – For urgent deliveries and smaller sized orders
• Rail Freight – Available for select destinations in Asia and Europe
• Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) – For samples and small packages

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Sea Freight: 20 – 45 business days
• Air Freight: 5 – 10 business days
• Rail Freight: 15 – 25 business days
• Express Courier: 3 – 7 business days

Timelines may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and other external factors.

3. Production Lead Time

Standard orders typically require 7 – 15 business days of production before shipping. Custom or OEM orders may require additional lead time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. A detailed quote will be provided with each commercial offer.

5. Incoterms

We offer the following trade terms:

• FOB – Free On Board (departure port in China)
• CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight (destination port)
• EXW – Ex Works (our warehouse in China)

6. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once goods are shipped. We also provide all necessary documentation including Bill of Lading, packing list, and commercial invoice.

7. Customs Clearance

Import customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
